Terms of Service

  • Commissions are for individual use only

  • Art commissioned will not be used for generative AI purposes or commercial use; if you would like to work with me professionally you can contact me through my email: [email protected]

  • Refunds can be issued if I am not able to complete the commissioned art or upon request at any time during the creation of the piece

  • Refunds will not be issued if commissioned piece is already completed

  • Commissioned art should not be resold or used for merchandise; please inform me about other intentions with the art during the start of the transaction

  • Commissioned art can be used as profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, and printed as wall decoration

  • Finished commissioned pieces may be used as future example pieces for my commission information pages

  • I have a right to turn down a commission if it goes against the rules and/or the client is disrespectful to me and my boundaries

Rules

  • I will be working with 3-5 commissions at a time, once my workload is filled I will close the form until I complete the batch

  • Payment will be in USD through Paypal

  • NSFW requests will not be offered (blood is allowed)

  • Be prepared to have references of your character(s) to share with me via the commission form

  • Work time on commissions can take up to 1-2 weeks - 1 month; this will not affect prices

  • WIP check-ins are welcome

  • You will receive your finished piece via email

  • By commissioning me you have agreed to the rules and terms of service

FAQ

  • What does it mean when prices are stacked?

When prices are stacked, the original price is added up since I will be drawing an additional character.
(Example: headshot 1 = $35 + headshot 2 = $35 -> $70 total)
You are welcome to message me more about prices early into the commission process.

  • How quickly do you respond to messages/emails?

Either a few hours to a day at the latest since I take care of responses late at night. Please only contact me for questions/clarifications about your commission or WIP check-ins.

  • How will you recieve payment?

I will be primarily using Paypal but I may update payment options in the future.

  • When is it too late to cancel my commissioned piece?

If for any reason you need to cancel or you are unable to fulfill payment, you are welcome to inform me and I can issue a refund if you have already paid. Please inform me as early as you can as I will not place a refund if the commissioned art is already finished.
